Strawberry Mint Lemonade

This strawberry mint lemonade is a fun, refreshing drink perfect in the summertime. It features fresh mint and juicy strawberries, and its the easiest ever. It’s like strawberry lemonade, but for grownups.

You know when you want something refreshing to drink, but not a cocktail? enter this perfect strawberry mint lemonade! It feels fancy because it has muddled herbs and fruit, but it’s actually so simple and so easy. We’re using store-bought lemonade, there are some great organic options on the market, perfect for this! And if the store-bought lemonade is too sweet, as they often are, a splash of sparkling water is the perfect addition to add some effervescence for good measure.

Perfect as a mocktail!

A mocktail is a mock cocktail- in other words, a cocktail without the alcohol. Perfect for when you want something to drink but don’t want any alcohol, or when you’re pregnant and craving something fun, or simply when you just want something different to drink.

Can I make this a cocktail?

Absolutely! Vodka would be the perfect addition.

Don’t like mint?

Feel free to sub in another herb that you do like, or just omit completely. Who doesn’t like regular strawberry lemonade?

How to make Strawberry Mint Lemonade

It’s the easiest ever. I use a mason jar to make this in, and drink straight from the mason jar. Just add the mint and strawberries to the bottom of the glass, gently muddle, add ice, lemonade, top with sparkling water if you’d like, and boom! Strawberry mint lemonade, perfect and refreshing in the summer.
